Ok, I Modified My Release

Sometimes I get it wrong. And I can be a little too direct. This is one of those times I'll admit it.

Background: My Photography Release is a little Different

We all need photography releases. And a few weeks ago, I posted my release for all to see. And part of it was a bit of a rant.

The original wording was:

A note about "appropriate content". If you want to do porn, you hired the wrong guy. ;)

After getting some very accurate feedback from friends and fellow photographers reminding me that nudes aren't always porn, I reworded it as follows.

A note about "appropriate content". If you want to pose nude, you hired the wrong guy. ;)

Its true that nudes and lingerie aren't always porn, it doesn't fit the 24Moves brand or the things I want to post online. Don't get me wrong, I'm no prude, I like the red lace as much as any red-blooded American male -- just not in my personal work. :)

So you guys called me out, and you were right. I've updated my release accordingly.
